Congratulations! You are about to embark on a journey to younger looking and acting skin! Safe, gentle, effective exfoliation on a daily basis combined with Copper Peptide products are proven to reverse aging better than any other products available on the market today. My philosophy is simple. Exfoliation is so important because it tricks your skin into acting like it did when we were in our 20s. If you continually exfoliate on a daily basis, your skin is forced to create new cells at a rate it did before the aging process started to slow things down ? this starts as early as our late 20s. Our skin sheds every 28 days and with time, this process slows. We're left with dull, dead skin cells that don't shed at a pace they used to. Daily exfoliation keeps skin fresh, new and glowing while allowing other products to better penetrate the skin! Enjoy your new journey!

Wash your hands. Wet the cloth and wring out. Cleanse in circular motions without rubbing too hard. Use one side to completely remove all makeup, the other side to continue exfoliating. Hand wash the cloth with soap and water. Hang to dry. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. For best results, replace your cloth every 4 months. Use once or twice daily. I use Cell Renewal Cleanse I at night prior to using the cloth to remove my makeup so my cloth stays cleaner looking.

Completely wet a facial pad or cotton ball with water and wring out (this way you won?t waste your toner). Apply toner to pad and swipe over entire face. Use twice daily.

Apply a dime sized amount to entire face. Use once or twice daily. Waiting 15-30 before using Copper Peptide may increase the exfoliating benefits of the exfoliator.

Step 4: Copper Peptide:

START SLOWLY!! Apply a dime sized amount to entire face, neck, and including under your eyes and eye lids. Start by using once a day for a week or two, then twice daily. Please note: Taking 1,000 mg. of Vitamin C and 1,000 mg. of MSM are going to increase the effectiveness of the Copper Peptide tremendously. If you are using Retin-A, apply your Copper Peptide over it after a 20-30 minute wait time.

Step 5: Retinol 1.0 Antiwrinkle Moisturizer:

 Apply 4-5 pumps once or twice daily (I use it twice a day).

Step 6: Protect & Restore With High Retinol:

Apply a dime sized amount to entire face, neck, and including under your eyes and eye lids. Use once or twice daily.

Step 7: Hyaluronic Serum (all skin types), Hylauronic Cream (normal to dry skin types), Squalane or Emu Oil (all skin types):

Apply 1 or 2 pumps/drops to skin as needed.

Step 8: CP Accelerator:

Apply a dime sized amount to entire face, neck, and including under your eyes and eye lids. Use once or twice daily (I use CP Accelerator at night).

Step 9: Botox Alternative SPF30 or I'm Covered Day Cream:

Apply to all exposed areas every morning. Reapply as needed throughout the day if exposed to direct sunlight.

The trick to using Copper Peptide and reaping the full benefits of its age reversal abilities is to start slowly - I can't emphasize this enough. Too often I see over zealous users creating skin problems for themselves by using too much, too soon. It took a long time for your skin to get to the point that it is now so it will take time to repair and reverse any damage, wrinkles, lines, sagging (loss of elasticity), hyperpigmentation (age spots), blemishes, redness, large pores and/or scars. Make sure you always have the regular CP Serum on hand or the Super CP Serum (what I use) to use after your 30% Professional Pumpkin Peel since the stronger versions have hydroxy acids added to them. Start by using the CP serum once a day (a dime sized amount if just applying to the face) and after a week or two, use twice daily. Use over 15% Daily Exfoliator or Exfol Serum if you experience breakouts and under 15% Daily Exfoliator or Exfol Serum if you don't. Copper Peptide products should be used before moisturizer and SPF. Don't forget your neck and ----! Here are the different strengths of Copper Peptide in the order they should be used. For best results and full benefits, please do not move to the next potency until you use at least one entire full size bottle of each.

The goal is to get to Super CopX2, the strongest age reversal SRCP (skin remodeling copper peptide) available:

Super Cop X2

Once you have graduated to Super Cop, it's best to mix it with either Hylauronic Serum, Hylauronic Cream or Squalane for the first week or two. This allows your skin to gradually become accustomed to it. The same goes for Super Cop X2. You want to get to the point where you're able to use them full strength for full benefits. Taking 500-1,000 mg. of Vitamin C internally on a daily basis is what improves skin elasticity so much. Taking 500-1,000 mg. of MSM is recommended by Dr. Pickart (and me) since it supplies the nutritional sulfur needed for the production of skin proteins. If you are using Retin-A, apply your Copper Peptide over it once it has completely soaked into the skin.

To make the products milder, start with biological healing oil.

If the biological healing oils, such as Squalane and emu oil*, are used before the SRCPs, this reduces the SRCP affects because the oils penetrate the skin and form an oil barrier that slows SRCP uptake into your skin. This method is often used around the eyes. Healing oils often can be used before SRCPs on irritated or very sensitive skin, such as after laser burns or deep peels. *Emu oil can be purchased at Skinbiology.

Hydroxy acids or exfoliation methods increase rebuilding.

Skin exfoliating hydroxy acids are often used to increase SRCP effects. Hydroxy acids exist naturally on the skin's surface. They act to loosen the chemical links between older skin cells and allow their removal. This removal of older skin allows your skin cells to move to the surface and speed skin renewal. Hydroxy acids slowly dissolve skin lesions and scar tissue. Some people use SRCPs one day and hydroxy acids on alternate days. Stronger hydroxy acids work faster but overuse can be irritating.

Abrasive methods also help remove lesions.

Physical methods that remove skin are natural and speed skin renewal. Skin is normally subject to various types of abrasion and mild damage that stimulates removal of scars and older skin. Microdermabrasion helps remove elevated and flat scars and lesion while methods such as subcision (needling) remove and loosen scars tissue in depressed scars and pitted acne.

Sometimes removing damaged skin causes loosening before tightening and deeply buried scar tissue becomes visible.

If the hydroxy acids and SRCPs are used heavily at first, there may be a brief period of skin loosening - about two weeks - before the skin tightens. Damaged skin can be somewhat like hard scar tissue and this holds everything in place. As this is removed, skin may briefly loosen before it is pulled tight by the production of new collagen and elastin. Skin fibroblasts first produce collagen and elastin, and then the fibroblasts slowly pull the protein strands together and tighten the skin. Deeply buried scar tissue is often covered over with normal skin. For example, cystic acne can form hard scars under the skin. These scars often are later are covered over by superficial skin cells. But as skin is exfoliated, this old, buried scar tissue becomes visible. As such deep damage becomes visible, you can focus more usage of SRCPs and hydroxy acids on this specific problem spots.

SUPER COP and SUPER COP 2X-Extra Strength reminders:

Super Cop is a very strong skin remodeling system. We highly recommend starting with a milder product first and then 'work up' to using Super Cop. Start very lightly, once day. This product is excellent for rapid skin rebuilding.

Start Using SRCP Products Slowly and Avoid Overuse:

We get spectacular reports from around the world by those who have used our products. However, it is of note that many of the best reports come from those who have been using the products for some time and have gradually worked up to be able to use the stronger products. When using SRCPs (especially around the eye area) it is vital to start very slowly and carefully avoid overuse. Since at times the products can seem very easy to use without any irritation, the tendency can be to apply much more than what is needed. Overuse is very possible with these products. Signs of overuse can manifest itself through temporary irritation, inflammation, droopiness, looseness, dryness, or any other unwanted effect. If this occurs, use less product or rest your skin from SRCP products until this goes away. Once that occurs and you start the SRCPs again, use much less and perhaps slowly start back using them even every other day rather than every day. This can be easily avoided by first using milder products applied lightly and gradually stepping up to the stronger SRCP products.

How to "Rest the Skin" and when to do it:

If you notice any temporary increase in loose skin, especially around the eye area, or any puffiness - Effectively rest the skin by using only a biological healing oil such as Emu Oil-S Lipid Replenisher, Squalane or a light DMAE serum (the DMAE** - dimethylaminoethanol is an antioxidant membrane stabilizer, and helps to tighten the area and usually is based in a biological oil as well). Many use 5% DMAE to help with any loose skin or dark circles or bags especially around the eye area. It can be used every other day as an alternate with CP Night Eyes Premiere*** From time to time it may be a good idea to rest the skin with a biological oil and then slowly use a SRCP product. Be assured though that any temporary looseness will not be permanent. **DMAE ? CP Accelerator has 5% DMAE in it ? along with MSM, Maxtixyl, Oat Beta Glucan & Pearl Powder. All of these ingredients promote cell renewal and offer several additional benefits. Would be PERFECT to use if you need to "Rest The Skin".
