PLEASENOTE:  If you don’t have all of theproducts, simply skip to the next one. This is a guideline for using the products in the proper order only.   

MicrofiberCleansing Cloth – Wash your hands.  Wet the cloth and wring out.  Cleanse in circular motions without rubbingtoo hard.  Hand wash the cloth with soapand water (Dawn dish detergent works incredibly well, just be sure to rinsewell first before using the cloth again). Hang to dry.  Do not use bleach orfabric softener.  For best results,replace your cloth every 4-6 months.  Useonce or twice daily (for acenic skin) or as needed (at least 3 times a week forall other skin types.)  I use Carrot SeedMilk Cleanse or Rhassoul Clay Cleansing Bar at night, prior to using the cloth,to remove my makeup so my cloth stays cleaner looking.

CellRenewal Toner or Carrot Seed Toner  – Completely wet a facial pad or cotton ballwith water and wring out (this way you won’t waste your toner.)  Apply toner to pad and swipe over entire face.  Use twice daily.

15%Daily Exfoliator –Apply a dime-sized amount to entire face only if you have severe acne;otherwise, just spot treat acne with it.  Use once in the morning on clean skin.

LemonPeel Bioferment – Spot treat age spots, sun damageand/or hyperpigmentation twice daily as the first product on clean skin.

Copper Peptide - START SLOWLY!!  Apply a dime-sized amount to face, neck, and décolleté (or just enough to cover your skin).  Use once a day avoiding your eye area, preferably at night.  Copper Peptide is too strong of an age reversal product for the delicate eye area for most people.  If you are using Super GHK Cream or Serum, those can be used around your eye area and so can Protect & Restore with High Retinol.  Please note: Taking 1,000 mg. of Vitamin C and 1,000 mg. of MSM are going to increase the effectiveness of the Copper Peptide tremendously for firming the skin.  If you are using Retin-A, apply your Copper Peptide over your Retin-A.  I recommend waiting until your Retin-A has completely soaked in.  If your skin isn't tolerating Retin-A well (peeling, flaking and redness), try mixing your Retin-A and Copper Peptide together. If you use a topical Vitamin C product, apply your Copper Peptide at night and your Vitamin C in the morning.  If you are using an acid based daily exfoliator, apply that in the morning and your Copper Peptide at night.  If you are using sunscreen that contains Zinc Oxide, use your Copper Peptide at night.

Acid-FreeExfoliating Serum – Apply on clean skin (use over LemonPeel Bioferment if using that).   May beused twice a day. 

20% Matrixyl 3000 Serum – Apply 1-2 pumps to skin once ortwice daily.  Matrixyl 3000 is proven todecrease wrinkle depth up to 68% and is very firming.  It’s also an incredible eye serum thataddresses fine lines, wrinkles and dark circles.

Organic,Oil-Free Moisturizer – Apply once or twice a day asneeded.

Retinol1.0 Anti-Wrinkle Moisturizer – Apply 4-5 pumps onceor twice daily.

Protect& Restore With High Retinol - Apply a dime-sizedamount to entire face, neck, and décolleté – including under your eyes and eyelids.  Use once or twice daily.

Bio-ActiveDay Cream – Apply a small amount to your skin once ortwice a day.  May be used as a nightcream for normal/oily skin types.  Veryhealing, hydrating and will not clog pores or break you out.

HyaluronicSerum (all skin types), Squalane (all skin types) –Apply1 or 2 pumps/drops to skin as needed.

CP Accelerator - Apply a dime-sized amount to entireface, neck, and décolleté – including under your eyes and eye lids.  A little goes a long way.  Use once or twice daily (I use CP Acceleratorat night.)

SunScreens - Apply to all exposed areas every morningover all other skin care products and prior to applying makeup.  Reapply as needed throughout the day ifexposed to direct sunlight.

Bio-ActiveNight Repair Cream – Apply a small amount over all otherskin care products every night.  To makeit light enough for day wear, dilute with a little water and use under yourSPF.

30% Pro Pumpkin Peel Directions:

Pumpkin contains antioxidants and enzymes that act likealpha-hydroxy acids.  But rather thanjust exfoliating the skin, pumpkin actually replenishes the skin with over 100 beneficial nutrients which help reverse the signs of aging.  Put that together with glycolic, lactic,salicylic & fruit acids and you have the perfect formula!

Before you begin, a patch test is imperative!  Allergic reactions are very rare but can happen.  Put a small amount on an inconspicuous part of your face (in front of your ear lobe) and leave on for 3 minutes (less if it is irritated) then rinse with tepid water.  The Pro Pumpkin Peel may string a little, but it should not be uncomfortable.  Once you’ve passed the patch-test, proceed to the directions below.

Directions:

On clean and toned skin, apply ½ to 1 teaspoon to entireface avoiding eye area and mucus membranes.

For your first treatment, leave on the skin for only 3minutes then rinse with tepid water.  Each time thereafter, leave on for anadditional minute and work up to a total of 10 minutes.  Follow with Cell Renewal Toner or Carrot SeedToner, CP Serum and then your moisturizer. Bio-Active Day Cream or Bio-Active Night Repair are my favorite to useafter the 30% Pro Pumpkin Peel!  The 30%Pro Pumpkin Peel can be used once a week if you’re not using any otherexfoliating products.  Use twice a monthif you are.

Recommendations:

• Stay out of direct sun after use.
• The daily use of a sunscreen is highly recommended (we offer several to choose from).

Avoidusing the Pro Pumpkin Peel if any of the following apply to you:

• Have or will have constant exposure to the sun
• Recent cosmetic surgery or medical procedures
• Taking an anti-biotic known to cause sun sensitivity
• Pregnant or planning to become pregnant
• Extreme skin conditions such as rosacea or open lesions
• Allergies or sensitivities to alpha-hydroxy products
